Ive been dreading the hotter weather again this year with a need for being in swimmers and shorter clothes.  I haven't been comfortable for a couple of years now.  We since our second bub was born I have struggled to loose any weight at all.  After the birth of our first son,  I lost all of my baby weight and a few extra Kgs and loved how I looked and felt.  Second time round not so,  I was having issues with not loosing any weight and being very tired and falling asleep while feeding and then bub wasn't feeding enough as he too was falling asleep and therefore needing to feed more regularly and the circle started for there.  So I saw my GP and had tested done to check to see if everything was ok.  And the results showed that I now have Hasimoto’s disease or an under-active thyroid- so my body isn't producing enough hormones to kick off my metabolism.  Here is part of my answer to why I cant loose the weight, another part being In a Mum of 2 little ones so finding the time to exercise is difficult and not looking after myself. 
I had started to work on an eating plan thanks to a PT friend and after meeting another lovely lady last week who did a test to see the how many antibodies I have and the results were very low.  I came home and thought about it and yes for the past few months I certainly haven't been looking after myself.  I have been struggling with the lose of my uncle and my parents being away that I have had a few too many chocolates and cans of coke.  So I know that for me and my family enough is enough and I have to get back onto my proper eating plan and with the help of the doTERRA Trim Shakes I am determined to loose my baby weight.  Seeing our baby is no longer a baby and he is now 2.  Being a busy Mum of 2 littles and working I have found getting out by myself to do exercise quite difficult. But I have found myself a circuit at the local park where I can do some jogging as well as some other exercise while I can still see the kids play.  (although they want to do it with me.  So the 3 of use together are doing some exercise now)
So I cashed in my loyalty rewards points to get the Chocolate Shakes and 4 bottles of the Slim and Sassy along with doterra Long Life Vitality Supplements I will loose this weight and begin to see the light again. So Ive been having a shot glass of Slim and Sassy, Zendocrine and water first thing in the morning and as I feel a bit of a craving for anything but when I should be eating.  I'm also have a shake at lunch time.  Ive been doing this for a week now and  I need to go and check out the scales but I'm a bit afraid at the same time.  But I have noticed that I don't need to eat as much and not picking throughout the day and  I'm feeling full with smaller potions of food, I'm really loving it.  I must say that I have found the Vanilla too sweet, this week I have tried the Chocolate and really enjoyed this one.  Ive also tried today to mix both the Vanilla and Chocolate with a bit of Wild Orange Essential Oil and made a Jaffa flavoured Trim Shake.  So lets see the results before Christmas.

So here is some great information about the Trim Shakes.

Tropical Breeze TrimShake

8 oz. Almond Milk

8 oz Ice
1 Mango peeled and sliced
Pour all ingredients in blender and serve. (2 servings)

Energy Protein Bar with doTerra Trim Shake
2 Cups Organic Peanut Butter
2 1/2 Cups doTerra Chocolate Trim Shake
1 3/4 Cup Agave
3 1/2 to 4 Cups Rolled Oats
Mix peanut butter and agave. Heat in microwave 60 to 90 seconds. Add Trim Shake powder and oats. Mix. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut and serve like a no bake cookie.

Other changes can have an impact on your weight loss success:
  • Eat only at the table. No snacking in front of the TV, in bed, while driving, or while standing in front of the open refrigerator.
